Indonesia is one of the five biggest coffee producer in the world for its geographical place and climate, makes the coffee grow  more variety and has a unique taste. Indonesia produce Arabica coffee, robusta coffee, and civet and luwak coffee. The coffee from Indonesia is one of the the most tasty coffee in this world. That is why some famous Coffee Houses import coffee beans from Indonesia, such as Starbucks and Excelso.

How the Indonesians enjoy their coffee?

From the past time time nowadays, Indonesians still enjoying drinking black coffee. Even though, there are cappuccino, moccacino, chochocino, etc. The black coffee never dies. You can see many Indonesians enjoy  the black coffee alongside the street. The most  unique coofee which I ever see in Indonesia is Joss Coffee. The coffee is served by putting a charcoal heat on it. It produces sounds Joss, therefore the name is called Joss Coffee.
